membership agreement
Before becoming a member of our website, please read the agreement below carefully.
Parties
a) Mehmet Kürşat Erbek Individual Company, located at Perakendeciler Street no:16 D:1 Sarıyer/ISTANBUL, conducting the activities of the website www.agletistanbul.com (hereinafter referred to as "aglet").
b) Internet user who becomes a member of the website www.agletistanbul.com ("Member")
Subject of the Agreement
The subject of this Agreement is to determine the terms and conditions of membership for the website www.agletistanbul.com owned by aglet.
Rights and Obligations of the Parties
3.1. The Member declares and undertakes that the personal and other miscellaneous information provided by the Member while becoming a member of www.agletistanbul.com website is correct under the laws and will indemnify aglet for all damages incurred due to the inaccuracy of this information.
3.2. The Member cannot give the password provided by aglet to third parties, and the right to use the said password belongs solely to the Member. Therefore, aglet reserves the right to claim any compensation and other claims arising from unauthorized use of the password by third parties or authorized bodies.
3.3. The Member undertakes to comply with the legal regulations while using the website www.agletistanbul.com and agrees not to violate them. Otherwise, all legal and penal liabilities arising will bind the Member entirely and exclusively.
3.4. The Member cannot use the website www.agletistanbul.com in a manner that disrupts public order, is contrary to public morality, disturbs and harasses others, for an unlawful purpose, infringes on the intellectual and copyright rights of others. Additionally, the Member cannot engage in activities (spam, virus, trojan horse, etc.) that prevent or hinder others from using the services.
3.5. Opinions and thoughts declared, written, and used by members on the website www.agletistanbul.com are solely the personal opinions of the members and bind the opinion holder. These opinions and thoughts have no connection or relationship with aglet. Aglet has no responsibility for any damages that third parties may suffer due to opinions and thoughts declared by the member or for any damages that the member may suffer due to opinions and thoughts declared by third parties.
3.6. aglet will not be responsible for unauthorized persons reading member data and for damages that may occur to member software and data. The Member expressly agrees not to claim compensation from aglet for any damages that may arise due to the use of the website www.agletistanbul.com.
3.7. The Member agrees not to access or use unauthorized software and data of other internet users. Otherwise, all legal and penal responsibilities arising therefrom shall be entirely borne by the Member.
3.8. The Member who violates one or more of the articles stated within this membership agreement shall be personally responsible for such violation, and aglet shall be free from the legal and penal consequences of such violations. In addition, in case of bringing the incident to the legal field due to this violation, aglet reserves the right to claim compensation from the Member for non-compliance with the membership agreement.
3.9. aglet has the right to delete the membership of the Member, delete files, documents, and information belonging to the customer unilaterally when necessary. The Member accepts this action in advance. In this case, aglet has no responsibility.
3.10. The software and design of the website www.agletistanbul.com.tr are owned by aglet, and the copyright and/or other intellectual property rights related to them are protected by relevant laws, and they cannot be used, acquired, or modified without permission by the member. Other companies and products mentioned on this website are trademarks of their respective owners and are also protected under intellectual property rights.
3.11. aglet may collect certain information such as the Internet service provider's name and Internet Protocol (IP) address used to access the site, the date and time of access, the pages accessed while on the site, and the Internet address of the website directly connected to the site, for the purpose of improving and developing the website www.agletistanbul.com.tr or as required by legal regulations.
3.12. When requested by law or (a) to comply with legal requirements or comply with legal processes notified to aglet; (b) aglet believes in good faith that it is necessary to disclose personal information to protect and defend the rights and property of aglet and the www. agletistanbul.com.tr website family.

3.16. The Parties agree that all computer records belonging to aglet will be deemed as the sole and real evidence, in accordance with Article 287 of the Turkish Civil Procedure Code, and acknowledge and declare that such records constitute an evidence agreement.
3.17. Under this membership agreement, aglet has the authority to send informative emails to the email address registered by the members and informative SMS messages to their mobile phones. By accepting this membership agreement, the member will be deemed to have accepted the sending of informative emails to their email address and informative SMS messages to their mobile phone.
Termination of the Agreement
This agreement will remain in effect until the membership of the member is canceled by the member or terminated by aglet. In case the member violates any provision of the membership agreement, aglet may unilaterally terminate the agreement by canceling the membership of the member.
Resolution of Disputes
In case of disputes arising from this agreement, Istanbul Courts and Execution Offices shall have jurisdiction.
Effectiveness
The registration of the Member implies that the Member has read all the articles of the membership agreement and accepted the articles of the membership agreement. This Agreement is concluded and becomes effective at the moment the member becomes a member.
